Our Values.

When the founders started StoneBridge they thought long and hard about what this company would stand for. Out of those discussions the company values were formed, the details of which are below:

Customer Service

We provide WOW customer service in everything we do. By that we mean we want our customers to say “wow” every time they engage us.

Profitability

We want everyone that has a relationship with Stonebridge to be profitable. That means our employees share in the revenue that is generated by them and by offering excellent value, we want to make sure our customers remain profitable so that we can continue to work in partnership with them.

Innovation

We strive to be innovative and to find new ways to help our customers improve their business. We don't want to be "just another service provider", we want to do things better than anyone else in our market space.

Honesty

We are honest in all our dealings and in everything we say to our employees and our customers. If we listen to your business problem and decide we can’t help you then we will tell you - and hopefully recommend someone who can help.

Community

We want to give back to the community. Our business gives away a percentage of the profits every year to community projects that include World Vision, Compassion, International Needs, Childrens Promise and others. Our employees all help us in highlighting community organisations that can benefit from a monetary gift or a gift of our time and resources. We believe that one of the secrets to happiness is being in a position to help others.

Corporate Ownership

We expect all our employees to act as if they own the company and we encourage employee forums to assist in making the company a better place to work. We don’t see people as just another employee, but as someone who will contribute to the success of the business - both for us and our customers. As our people grow with StoneBridge all employees will also be given the opportunity to participate in owning some of the company through our share scheme.
